The Singapore Best Workplaces in Technology™ awards were created by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture. This list is highly competitive, with companies meticulously selected based on rigorous analysis and confidential feedback from employees.

In order to qualify for The Singapore Best Workplaces in Technology™ awards, respondents are required to answer an extensive list of 60 questions describing how their organization creates a great place to work for all. 85% of the evaluation is based on what employees say about their experiences of trust and reaching their full human potential as part of their organization, while the remaining 15% is based on an assessment of all employees’ daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders. These results are then used to assess the quality of the employee experience, focusing on factors such as trust, respect, credibility, fairness, and pride.
